The Global Journal of Case Reports is an international, peer-reviewed biomedical journal dedicated to the publication of well-documented, clinically instructive case reports and case series across all medical and surgical specialties. The journal advances clinical knowledge and patient care by disseminating carefully documented, ethically reported and educationally valuable accounts of unusual presentations, diagnostic challenges, novel therapeutic approaches and unexpected clinical outcomes. It welcomes cases spanning internal medicine and its subspecialties, surgery, oncology and hematology, cardiology, neurology and neurosurgery, infectious and tropical diseases, pediatrics and neonatology, obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, pathology, emergency and critical care medicine, psychiatry, dermatology, rare and genetic disorders, and adverse drug reactions. Serving clinicians, residents, fellows and allied health professionals, the journal supports pattern recognition, diagnostic reasoning and awareness of rare or atypical presentations that large clinical trials may not capture.
